Console logins aren't working
Resolved

Status: Investigating

We have identified an issue with a third-party authentication provider that is causing login failures on the Cloud Console. Users may be unable to log in during this time.

Your database services are not affected by this issue and continue to operate normally. Existing connections to your databases remain unimpacted.

Our team is actively engaged with the provider to diagnose the root cause and implement a resolution. We will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

There is a major operational issue with our cloud provider, AWS. CloudFront is returning 5xx errors.

Status: Resolved

The issue affecting login to the Cloud Console has been resolved. Users should now be able to log in without disruption.

Database services remained unaffected throughout this incident.

We will continue to monitor the system closely to ensure continued stability. We thank you for your patience and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

June
TimescaleDB 2.28.1 Release
Scheduled for June 23 at 04:00 AM UTC - July 6 at 04:00 AM UTC
Completed

We have decided to postpone the rollout of TimescaleDB 2.28.1.

During final validation, we identified a scenario in which the upgrade would not complete successfully for a subset of customers. To avoid any disruption, we have decided not to proceed with the rollout while we address this issue.

The fix is already in progress and will be included in TimescaleDB 2.28.2. We plan to resume the rollout once that version is available and has completed validation.

Thank you for your patience. Stay tuned for the 2.28.2 release announcement with an updated deployment schedule.

Cloud Maintenance Event
Scheduled for June 2 at 05:59 AM UTC - June 9 at 05:59 AM UTC
Completed

We will be performing maintenance on TigerData services in the following regions:

  • ap-northeast-1
  • ap-south-1
  • eu-central-1
  • eu-central-2
  • eu-west-1
  • eu-west-2
  • us-east-1
  • us-west-2

The maintenance period will begin on 2026-06-08 06:00:00 and conclude on 2026-06-15 06:00:00.

During this time:

  • Instances will restart within their scheduled maintenance window.
  • No action is required.
  • Services with HA replicas will not experience downtime but will undergo a single switchover event during maintenance, lasting only a few seconds.
  • To prevent downtime during this event, consider adding an HA replica to your service.

As part of this maintenance, a new minor version of PostgreSQL will be installed. The corresponding minor version for your current major version will be applied.

Minor versions included in this update

  • 18.4
  • 17.10
  • 16.14
  • 15.18

For more details on how maintenance is handled on TigerData, please refer to our documentation.
