Starting at approximately 12:30 UTC, some Tiger Cloud database services running in our Azure West Europe region became unavailable. The disruption was caused by an incident on the Microsoft Azure platform (Azure Tracking ID: NZ_2-W58), which rendered certain virtual machines unreachable and prevented storage disks from attaching.
Services in other regions and cloud providers were not affected.
